12 months without a cigarette

Well, I have hit yet another milestone!

12 months; 365 days; 8760 hours; 525600 minutes; 3153600 seconds,

Call it what you want. It is the length of time that I haven't smoked for.

I AM proud of myself, I think I have every right to be. This time I have done it without any artificial aids.

Will power alone has got me through this. So I will have to use will power to get rid of the extra stone I seem to have accumulated. This appears to have been partially because of my beautiful companion...no, I must rephrase that.. fiancée is a wonderful cook

I seem to have learnt that beans on toast is not the only meal I can cook too!
